Sutton Coldfield Muslim Association in the UK upgraded their washroom areas to include a total of 17 x WuduMate Modulars. One Modular Disabled was installed for wheelchair access, with the disabled bar neatly inset into the wall, so as not to interfere with the wheelchair's access. The individual drainage outlets improve hygiene and help reduce unpleasant odours and the installation was welcomed by those using it.

Oxford Mosque Society (UK) is delighted with its decision to install a series of modern WuduMate Modular units instead of a traditional trough ablution system. The project sponsor is quoted

"WuduMate has been very supportive in this project, enabling us to make the best of our investment."

The mosque decided to use imaginative lighting, mirrors and downlighting to bring the best out of the bright and clean acrylic material used for the Modular manufacture.

Five WuduMate Modulars were installed outside on a patio in Madrid for a ten day Islamic retreat to host many international guests.

The retreat was hugely successful and the WuduMate foot baths served well as an ablution facility, removing the bottleneck that usually occurs when 200+ attendees want to perform wudu between only two bathrooms.

The organiser quotes

“the Wudumate Modulars were installed outside in the patio/garden area due to a lack of space inside and because the weather in Madrid is usually accommodating. In reality the WuduMates looked even better than in the photograph.

The quality of the WuduMates exceeded our expectations with high build quality. We would rate them 10/10.”

A series of three WuduMate Modular footbaths installed in a company in Belgium.

A project in the basement of a Canary Wharf skyscraper in London for a large financial institution proved a great success, where both lady’s and men’s ablution area were developed in the basement to provide suitable facilities for the company’s 600 muslim staff.  WuduMate matting was an excellent accessory in both areas leading to a hand &  foot drying area and panel mounted soap dispensers helped keep the facility safe and uncluttered.

This 3 storey magnificently positioned mosque overlooks Rotherham in West Yorkshire in the UK, with a prayer hall on the ground floor and segregated teaching on the upper floors.

The project was first planned with WuduMate before the building was even started and the WuduMate Modular was only a design on paper.

Completed in stages, the building design has taken advantage of the entire WuduMate range with its showcase wudu khana adopting the WuduMate Modular to provide an ablution area fit for busy prayer times.

On the upper floor, the wudu room for children women uses the WuduMate Compact, the WuduMate Commercial is used in the women's ablution area on the first floor. The main men's ablution area is on the ground floor next to the main prayer area, with a unique tropical fish tank acting as a wall to separate the two. There is a Modular also in the basement as an overflow wudu area.

The WuduMate Commercial was one of our original WuduMate footbaths, designed by our founder Nigel Bromilow.

We no longer sell this model - it has been superseded by the WuduMate Classic, an improved footbath design, updated after feedback from our users.

Graced with a complete renovation in 2013, the mosque, which was once two semi-detached properties, features a nine-position wudu khana on the ground floor for the men, whilst upstairs the dedicated prayer room for women is served by two WuduMate Modular units.

The home of an Islamic association formed in the 1970s, this disused church was bought and converted internally to serve the thriving local Muslim community.

Owing to space constraints, the WuduMate Modular was an obvious choice for the committee – allowing the odd-shaped room to accommodate a large number of wudu positions without following a standard straight or corner configuration.

An attractive, well constructed wudu area has a neatly installed WuduMate Classic to enhance the multi faith room in a building in Ontario, Canada, utilising an auto sensor faucet.

Maine University provided their students an attractive Wudu Khana using the WuduMate Modular.
