WuduMate Shipping Policy
WuduMate aims to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. The information below explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website or via direct quotation.

1. Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed during our normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK bank holidays.
For items that are currently in stock, we aim to dispatch within two working days of order confirmation. Once your goods have left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with details for you to track the order.

2. Delivery Times
Deliveries within the UK generally arrive within two to five working days after dispatch. Timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location.

For international orders, delivery times depend on the location, whether we have local stock and if goods have to be shipped from our UK warehouse, delivery times will depend on the destination country and any customs procedures that have to be adhered to. If you require an overseas delivery quote, the delivery time and cost will be agreed with the sales team before the order is finalised and tracking information will be sent after dispatch.

3. Availability and Back Orders
If a product you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, a member of the WuduMate team will contact you with an estimated restock date and/or offer alternatives.

4. Delivery Costs
All products purchased from our HOME range include shipping to a UK address.
Shipping fees for Commercial, Mosque and all international deliveries are calculated according to the size and weight of the product, as well as the delivery address. All applicable charges will be discussed with you and agreed prior to finalising your quote.

5. Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please inform us within 24 hours of the recorded delivery date by emailing admin@wudumate.com. If damaged, please provide photographs of both the damaged item itself, and any damaged packaging.

We will investigate the matter promptly and arrange either a replacement or a refund in line with our returns policy.
