WuduMate Returns and Refunds Policy
At WuduMate, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not quite right, the details below explain how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase
If you have ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, or find that the item is not suitable for your space:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, complete with all supplied components.
- We can organise a pickup and return, at your cost.
- Once the returned goods have been received and checked back into stock, we will issue a refund using the original payment method, less 15% restocking/inspection fee, less cost of return and if packaging is damaged a repackaging fee will be incurred.
2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you have received the wrong item:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@wudumate.com with photographs of the damaged/faulty item and any damaged packaging.
In these cases, WuduMate will arrange transport and cover the cost of returning the item.
Subject to inspection and stock availability, you may choose between a replacement item or a refund.
3. Conditions for Returns
All returned goods must be in the same condition as when delivered, including original packaging and accessories.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and examined.
