National Inclusion Week 2026 – Build Trust, Navigate Change

This year’s National Inclusion Week is taking place 14 – 20 September 2026, just as the new university year is about to begin and new students, both from the UK  and abroad, will be arriving in their new environment, hoping to be welcomed and made to feel at home.

The theme for this year is “Build Trust. Navigate Change.” The event is organised by Inclusive Employers, whose website states that “Expectations are shifting. Budgets are tighter. Inclusion work is facing increasing scrutiny, whilst HR people and inclusion teams continue trying to create meaningful progress and do the right thing.”
