Municipal buildings in the East Midands of the UK were equipped with a small prayer room and accompanying wudu facility in early 2012. The large room took advantage of two different products from the WuduMate range, the WuduMate Classic and the WuduMate Modular, with the Modular configured without a seat as a specific ambulant disabled facility for those users in wheelchairs or with other mobility difficulties.
This is a great example of accepting intersectionality, respecting the spiritual needs of minority groups while also allowing for those who have limited mobility within those groups.
The WuduMate Modular can also be used by those who prefer to perform wudu standing.
